Main Purpose of Job
 
The development and implementation of strategies that deliver sustainable and profitable growth of the category.
 
Main Responsibilities
 
·         To execute consumer strategies to drive sustainable profitable growth.
·         To protect and grow brand equity with consumers and customer
·         To development brand communication and lead execution.
·         To develop and lead execution of promotional, packaging, pricing and distribution strategies to support brand and category plans.
·         To provide fact-based analytical information to support consumer initiatives and contribute to the business planning process (Consumer Insights, Business Review, MBS, Integrated Commercial Plan.
·         To assist in the long-term product strategy development and product innovation projects liaising with the Business leader, PTC and Vevey SBU.
·         To provide key consumer behavior insights and direction to the Customer Business Development team and assist with trade promotion strategy development         
·         Accomplish and promote the Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) policies established by the company
·         All Nestlé functions across our Value Chain are fully responsible for observing mandatory principles, norms and  instructions, for maintaining agreed Quality standards  and for constantly improving them.
·         Any other additional duty required by the department including support the programs, policies and corporate/regional initiative of the company
 
Technical Competencies
 
·         Development and execution of Marketing Plans (at least one full cycle/cat)
·         Experience in projects that provide cross functional experience
·         Experience in projects that are outside of the specific category
·         Understanding of Categories
·         Understanding of inter-relationship between sales/supply chain/mkt
·         Financial Acumen – knowledge of P&L levers
·         Consumer Insight
·         Bi-Lingual: ENGLISH /  SPANISH

Business Administrator –
 
 
MBA Preferable
