Job Description
Direct activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation vehicles, such as aircraft and railroad cars.
Plan, organize and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements.
Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer or shipper complaints.
Serve as contact persons for all workers within assigned territories.
Implement schedule and policy changes.
Collaborate with other managers and staff members in order to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
Monitor operations to ensure that staff members comply with administrative policies and procedures, safety rules, union contracts, and government regulations.
Promote safe work activities by conducting safety audits, attending company safety meetings, and meeting with individual staff members.
Develop criteria, application instructions, procedural manuals, and contracts for federal and state public transportation programs.
Monitor spending to ensure that expenses are consistent with approved budgets.
Direct and coordinate, through subordinates, activities of operations department in order to obtain use of equipment, facilities, and human resources.
Direct activities of staff performing repairs and maintenance to equipment, vehicles, and facilities.
Conduct investigations in cooperation with government agencies to determine causes of transportation accidents and to improve safety procedures.
Analyze expenditures and other financial information in order to develop plans, policies, and budgets for increasing profits and improving services.
Negotiate and authorize contracts with equipment and materials suppliers, and monitor contract fulfillment.
Supervise workers assigning tariff classifications and preparing billing.
Set operations policies and standards, including determination of safety procedures for the handling of dangerous goods.
Recommend or authorize capital expenditures for acquisition of new equipment or property in order to increase efficiency and services of operations department.
Prepare management recommendations, such as proposed fee and tariff increases or schedule changes.
Conduct employee training sessions on subjects such as hazardous material handling, employee orientation, quality improvement and computer use.
Participate in union contract negotiations and settlements of grievances.
Provide administrative and technical assistance to those receiving transportation-related grants.
Direct procurement processes, including equipment research and testing, vendor contracts, and requisitions approval.

KRONOLOGIS

Upah Minimum Kabupaten Bekasi tahun 2012 yang sudah di SK-kan oleh Gubernur di Gugat oleh DPD APINDO Kab. Bekasi di PTUN Bandung. Padahal SK Gubernur tersebut adalah hasil rekomendasi dari Dewan Pengupahan Kab. Bekasi, yang dalam proses dan mekanismenya unsur organisasi pengusaha (DPD Apindo) juga terlibat aktif didalamnya (ikut berunding) sejak maret 2011.  Apapun alasannya (karena DPD Apindo Kab Bekasi Walkout di saat akhir perundingan), angka UMK Bekasi itu adalah hasil kesepakatan Dewan Pengupahan Kabupaten melalui mekanisme Voting. Soal tidak puas, maka buruh pun tidak puas terhadap angka tersebut. Karena angka buruh di kisaran 2.247.000, sementara yang disepakati hanya sekitar 1.491.866. Walau jauh dari harapan, namun buruh terpaksa menerima angka tersebut karena menghormati mekanisme yang ada dan kesepakatan yang disepakati bersama.


Rekomendasi UMK Kab. Bekasi pun lolos tanpa cacat sekaligus ditandatangani dan disahkan dalam rapat pleno Dewan Pengupahan Provinsi Jabar (yang didalamnya terdiri dari unsur SP/SB, Pemerintah termasuk DPP Apindo Prov. Jabar). Semua perwakilan Apindo di DPP Apindo Jabar semua tandatangan, tak ada satupun yang tidak menandatangani Rekomendasi UMK Kab Bekasi tersebut, yang akhirnya di SK-kan oleh Gubernur.


GUGATAN DPD APINDO BEKASI TIDAK MEWAKILI SELURUH PERUSAHAAN DI BEKASI:

Fakta menyatakan: sampai dengan tahun 2011 di Kabupaten Bekasi ada sekitar 5000 perusahaan; yang menjadi anggota DPD APINDO hanya sekitar 300 perusahaan (sekitar 5% dari total perusahaan di Kab Bekasi); Sedangkan anggota Apindo  yang mengkuasakan untuk menggugat SK Gubernur hanya sekitar 125 perusahaan (hanya sekitar 2% dari total perusahaan di Kab Bekasi). Dan hanya ada 16 perusahaan yang melaporkan penangguhan pelaksanaan UMK tahun 2012 (0,3% dari total perusahaan di Kab. Bekasi). Jadi pertanyaannya gugatan terhadap SK Gub Jabar ke PTUN yang dilayangkan DPD Apindo Kab. Bekasi mewakili kepentingan siapa...??
Melihat fakta diatas ternyata dari 5000 perusahaan yang ada di Kab. Bekasi, hanya 2% perusahaan di Kab Bekasi yang mengkuasakan ke DPD Apindo untuk menggugat SK Gubernur Jabar. Dan hanya 0,3% perusahaan yang menempuh mekanisme penangguhan pelaksanaan UMK, itupun menurut Kadisnaker Bekasi belum diterima dan belum tercatat resmi pada Disnaker.

Akhirnya muncul kesan bahwa DPD Apindo Kab. Bekasi bermanuver sendiri terlepas dari perangkat diatasnya. Juga terkesan ada oknum-oknum pengurus DPD Apindo Kab. Bekasi yang punya agenda tersembunyi, mengapa...?

Pertama; kalaupun ada perusahaan yang belum sanggup melaksanakan UMK maka dapat menempuh mekanisme penangguhan yang telah diatur dalam KepMen.

Kedua; ternyata 97,7% perusahaan sanggup untuk melaksanakan UMK Kab Bekasi tahun 2012. Tetapi DPD Apindo Kab. Bekasi kampanye dan menghasut seluruh perusahaan di Kab Bekasi untuk tidak mengikuti SK Gubernur dan tidak membuka ruang perundingan upah dengan SP/SB karena SK Gubernur tersebut mereka gugat ke PTUN Jabar.

Ternyata mata rantainya adalah apa yang dilakukan DPD Apindo Kab. Bekasi adalah รข€ pilot project" pemiskinan buruh yang sistemik. Karena bila berhasil maka akan diikuti oleh seluruh jajaran Apindo se-Indonesia..!!!

APINDO KABUPATEN  BEKASI SEPAKAT  MENCABUT GUGATAN DI PTUN BANDUNG

Pada tanggal 15 Januari 2012 bertempat di Hotel Grand Sahid Jakarta,  mulai pukul 11.00 sampai dengan pukul 17.10 telah berlangsung musyawarah bersama antara DPK Apindo Kab. Bekasi dengan Serikat Pekerja (SPSI, FSPMI, GSPMII, SPN, FSBDSI)  dan menghasilkan kesepakatan - kesepakatan diantaranya: DPK Apindo Kab. Bekasi mencabut gugatannya nomor 128/G/2011/PTUN-BDG tertanggal 20 Desember 2011 di PTUN Bandung pada hari kamis tanggal 19 Januari 2012 dan SP/SB sepakat untuk membatalkan rencana aksi demonstrasi tanggal 16 s/d 19 Januari 2012 dengan mencabut surat pemberitahuan aksi unjuk rasa ke Polresta Bekasi.  Adapun pihak yang hadir di Hotel Grand Sahid adalah Obon Tabroni (KC FSPMI Bekasi/ Koordinator Buruh Bekasi Bergerak); Baris Silitonga (FSPMI- Korlap Aksi BBB); R.Abdulah (SPSI); Sutrisno (SPSI); Joko.S (SPN); M. Irayadi (GSPMII); Purwadi (FSBDSI); sedangkan dari Apindo Kab Bekasi diwakili oleh Woeryono, Soetomo, dan Darwoto, dan beberapa orang pengurus Apindo Bekasi lainnya.

APINDO BEKASI MELAKUKAN PENGINGKARAN KESEPAKATAN

Pada tanggal 19 Januari 2012, sesuai kesepakatan seharusnya Apindo Kab Bekasi mencabut Gugatan di PTUN Bandung. Namun pada sidang hari itu, Kuasa Penggugat (Apindo Kab Bekasi) tidak menunjukkan itikad baik. Apindo Kab Bekasi mengingkari kesepakatan yang ada, APINDO Bekasi tidak mencabut Gugatan di Persidangan.
Akibat pengingkaran kesepakatan tersebut, maka buruh yang tergabung dalam Buruh Bekasi Bergerak  bereaksi dengan melakukan aksi keluar dari pabriknya, melakukan mogok massal di seluruh kawasan Industri di kab Bekasi.
Pada jam 14.00 hari itu juga, Apindo Kab Bekasi (Bapak Sutomo dan Bapak Woeryono), menghubungi Koordinator Buruh Bekasi bergerak, mengajak berunding kembali di RM Grand bakmie kelinci.  Danb pada hari itu kembali Apindo Kab Bekasi menandatangani kesepakatan untuk MENCABUT GUGATAN DI PTUN BANDUNG.

SOFYAN WANANDI (APINDO PUSAT) MENG-INTERVENSI APINDO KAB BEKASI dan TERKESAN MEMPROVOKASI BURUH BEKASI

Sudah nyata dan jelas, dua kali Sofyan Wanandi mengeluarkan statement di beberapa media yang terkesan meng-intervensi Apindo Bekasi dan terindikasi Memprovokasi Buruh Bekasi. Suasana kondusif di Kab Bekasi atas adanya kesepakatan tanggal 15 januari 2012, menjadi tidak kondusif atas pemberitaan di Harian Kompas 18 Januari 2012 yang mengutip statement Sofyan Wanandi bahwa APINDO tidak mencabut Gugatan, namun hanya menunda.
Statement kedua kembali dikeluarkan Sofyan Wanandi seperti dikutip harian Kompas 21 Januari 2012 yang mengatakan bahwa pada tanggal 19 Januari 2012 sudah ada Putusan Sela dari PTUN Bandung untuk menunda pemberlakuan SK Gubernur.  Padahal kenyataan yang ada pada persidangan tanggal 19 januari 2012 tersebut, tidak pernah dibacakan Putusan Sela/ penetapan penundaan apapun. Sofyan Wanandi telah melakukan Pembohongan Publik.





PERNYATAAN SIKAP BURUH BEKASI BERGERAK

Sabotase terhadap Upah Minimum di Kab Bekasi adalah wujud dari politik upah murah yang berwatak neolib kapitalis yang menindas buruh.
Terhadap perkembangan di atas maka BBB menyatakan hal-hal sebagai berikut:
1.       Mendesak agar Apindo (Sdr. Sofyan Wanandi) segera menghentikan memberikan pernyataan-pernyataan yang menyesatkan dan memprovokasi munculnya keresahaan di masyarakat khususnya buruh.
2.       Mendesak agar PTUN Bandung segera memberikan klarifikasi dan pertanggungjawaban terhadap keberadaan Putusan Sela sebagaimana diklaim oleh Apindo tersebut, dan menjelaskan kepada publik seterang-terangnya.
3.       Meminta Komisi Yudisial dan Mahkamah Agung untuk segera memeriksa Majelis Hakim PTUN Bandung dan memverifikasi proses persidangan dan putusan sela yang telah diterbitkan.
4.       Mendesak Apindo untuk segera mencabut gugatan di PTUN Bandung, sesuai dengan kesepakatan yang telah dicapai antara buruh dengan Apindo Bekasi, serta memenuhi semua hasil kesepakatan bersama tersebut.
5.       Menyerukan kepada seluruh Serikat Pekerja dan Serikat Buruh beserta Aliansi dan elemen pendukungnya di seluruh Indonesia untuk melawan upah murah.

PT Astra Honda Motor (AHM) is the pioneer of the motorcycle industry in Indonesia. Established on June 11, 1971 with initial name of PT Federal Motor, whose stock is majority owned by PT Astra International. At that time, PT Federal Motor only assemble, while the components are imported from Japan in the form of CKD (completely knock down).

Type the first motorcycle in Honda's production is a business type, S 90 Z 4 stroke engine with a capacity of 90cc. Total production in the first year for one year only 1500 units, but jumped to about 30 thousand in the year and continue to grow until today. The bike continues to grow and become one of the modes of transportation mainstay in Indonesia.

Government policy in terms of localization of automotive components pushed by Federal Motor manufactures a variety of motorcycle parts Hondatahun 2001 in the country through several subsidiaries, including PT Honda Federal (1974) who produce basic components such as the Honda motorcycle frames, wheels, exhaust and so on , PT Showa Manufacturing Indonesia (1979) that specialized in producing shock absorbers, PT Astra Honda Engine Manufacturing (1984) that manufactures motorcycle engines as well as PT Federal Izumi Mfg.. (1990) which specialized in producing piston.

Along with the development of economic conditions and the growing motorcycle market there is a change in the shareholding of this Honda motorcycle manufacturer. In 2000 PT Federal Motor, and several subsidiaries merged into one with the name of PT Astra Honda Motor, the composition of the shareholding to 50% owned by PT Astra International Tbk and 50% owned by Honda Motor Co.. Japan.

Currently, PT Astra Honda Motor has 3 assembly plant facility, the first factory is located Sunter, North Jakarta which also serves as the headquarters. The second factory is located in Pegangsaan Two, Palm d'Ivoire, as well as the well as factory to the 3 most recent factory located in the MM 2100 West Cikarang, Bekasi. The plant is a facility to the three newest assembly plant that began operating since 2005.

Job Description:

• Responsible for ensuring operability and maintainability inputs, especially in the areas of control systems for the FSO project.

• Provide coordinating and leading roles in the development of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Equipment Strategy (ES).

• Responsible to ensure that the FSO equipment and the associated facilities are operated with optimum reliability / uptime and the maintenance of the equipment are carried out in compliance with and following ExxonMobil maintenance best practices.

• Responsible for the maintenance of all deck, engine room, accommodation and utility systems.

• Supervise all maintenance activities on the export mooring system and hoses

Requirements of Candidate :

• Hold a valid Class 1 (Chief Engineer – Steam or Motor) STCW certificate of competency for unlimited tonnage, with a Liquid Petroleum Endorsement.

• Have served for at least 3 years sea time as a Chief Engineer on Oil Tankers completing foreign voyages or a similar capacity on F[P]SO operation.

• Proof of valid STCW certificate of competency and large crude oil tanker sea time will be required.

• Advance level in spoken and written English language. Ability to prepare written reports in English is preferable.

• Some knowledge of oil field operations would be beneficial

• Relevant crude oil tanker experience is preferable.

• A high level of computer skills is essential.

• Good communications (upward and downward) and teamwork skills are essential

• Demonstrated background in behavioral based safety.

• Willingness to stay at the training facilities for a 1 – 2 years training program, and / or company’s field site in Indonesia or overseas for 1 – 2 years.
