General requirements:
- Information Technology and or Computer Degree (related background) from reputable university
- Have at least 5 years of working experience in software development

Technical requirements:
- C# & .Net, SQL and IIS is a must
- Just love the code
- Experience in using C# programming language
- Experience in Microsoft .NET and Visual Studio
- Understand GOF Design Patterns
- Understand Model-View-Controller Architecture
- Understand Refactoring
- Deep understanding on database design, application design and architecture
