Job Description :
Checking all document before payment process
Checking All Fund Request (BBK) that was complete with superior sign and supporting document
Prepare payment process by Movex system (APS 130) and print payment voucher
Make payment through E-banking (GCMS) or BG/Cheque
Key in all payment transaction in Bank Book and File
Reconcile ending balance in Bank Statement and Movex
Maintain mutation for bank in original currency in line with mutation in Movex (GL)
File in order by number
Make the daily Cashflow and forecast for 1 month and send to Fin.Spv
Make Cashflow Analysis and forecast for 2 months and send to FAD-Mgr, NML, NIFS
Collected all invoices for NML Group and send to NIFS with PD approval
Requirement :
Bachelor degree from reputable university major in Accounting with GPA min 3.00 (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
Preferably male, single, 23 – 28 years old
Have good numerical ability, analytical thinking, and logic of verbal
Have good interpersonal relationship & able to work as team
Fast learner, hard working, can work under pressure, available work overtime
Fluent in English (both oral and written).
Sales Strategy & Fleet SPV
Department : Marketing / Sales
Working Location : Head Office (Jakarta)
Responsibilites :
Make Sales Analysis
Based on local area political & social conditions
Based on local area key economic indicators
Based on local area competitors activity
Propose Sales Plan
Propose Sales Target by area and by model
Car flow management
Pipeline management
Requirement :
Bachelor or Master degree from reputable university with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
Has more than 2 years experience in the same related field, preferably from automotive company
Male, Single, max 27 years old
Fluent in English (oral and written) is a must
Have good ability in statistic
Have big interest in automotive
Willing to travel
Have good initiatives, fast learner, able to adapt easily, able to work in team, and able to work in under pressure situation

Product Planning Staff
Department : Product Planning
Working Location : Jakarta (Head Office)
Responsibilities :
Develop Nissan future product line up which suitable for Indonesian Market
Manage current Nissan product life cycle
Monitor market and competitor product movement and propose necessary action
Evaluate and test the cars and propose suggestion and improvement
Set the optimum price positioning
Monitoring Nissan’s competitiveness in the market using Pricing Analysis as one of the tools
Monitoring costumers trend, competitor product movement and any issues related with Automotive industry
Conducting costumers survey/research related with Automotive Industry
Forecasting future automotive market demand

Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Marketing Management, Economic Development, Statistics, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
23 – 27 years old
Has 1 year experience in related fields would be an advantage. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Can drive car and has driving license (is a must)
Has enthusiasm with automotive industry
Excellent with SPSS and or E-Views would be an advantage
Fluent in English is a must both oral and written

Logistic Staff
Department : Local Part Control
Working Location : Jakarta (Head Office)
Responsibilities Lowongan PT Nissan Motor Indonesia :
Make logistic calendar every month
Process all parts import order, sub component parts for export, and additional order for import parts
Control and monitor ETD/ETA for the parts
Control and monitor NML, SNA both NMI & NMDI parts
Control purchase order
Prepare CKD and CBU monthly report, logistic report and inventory report
Delivery keeping ratio report
Monitor good inventory control for multi sourcing and IPO parts
Requirement :
Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Industrial Engineering
Female, Single, 23 – 27 years old
Has 1 year experience in related fields would be an advantage. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Fluent in English (both oral and written)
Able to operate computer, available work overtime and hard working
Has good communication skill, and able to work in team
Fast Learned, interest in automotive and can work under pressure
