HR Officer
Qualifications:
S1 in Psychology
Min 2-3 years experience in HR and recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing industry
Good knowledge and understanding of Indonesian manpower laws and regulations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong personal integrity
Able to work independently with good time management and attention to details
Proficient in English and MS Office
Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible to coordinate and administer HR activities and programs, and to support HR Manager in developing and implementing HR policies and initiatives.
