Job description:
- Coordinates recruiting plans and activities through continuing communication with Department Heads/Users to schedule and conduct recruitment process
- Screens, interviews, hire and conduct pre-assessment and psychology test on applicants
- Analyzes recruiting programs each recruiting year and recommends changes for subsequent activity - Maintains records concerning interviews, applicants sources, hires and other personnel activity, prepare monthly and yearly reports 
- Orients, as required, newly hired employee using HR Orientation Manual/ Corporate Standard Operation and Procedures (SOP) 
- Together with HR Industrial Relation unit to Establishes and maintains industrial relationships among employees, provides counseling for employees with intern/extern problems that are causing detoriating work performance 
- Record employees’ attendance and reporting monthly to payroll and managers
