Job Description :
1. To conduct calibration of measuring devices and equipments in DVL Factory.
2. To Conduct Validation of equipments and utilities in DVL Factory.
3. To Conduct Programming of equipments PLCs in DVL Factory.
4. To Conduct others tasks related to Calibration/Validation Section as given by calibration/validation Supervisor or QA Manager.

Requirement :
1. Male
2. D3 Electro arus lemah/Instrumentasi/Teknik Kimia/STM
3. Familiar with PLC and or Calibration
4. Good attitude, Hard working, Accurate, Responsible, Discipline, Good Attitute.

Junior Manager (Learning & Development)

Location : Head Office Cilandak (Jakarta Selatan)

Job Description :

1. Implement and facilitate of DVL’s company-wide talent management and learning & development processes and initiatives, competency modeling, leadership development, and learning & development curriculum.
2. Prepare and ensure the delivery of, both in-house and with expert purveyors, a solution which includes a blended approach to learning such as coaching, classroom training, action learning & on the job learning.
3. Collaborate with line manager in conducting training & development needs that will support the business strategies.
4. Provide feedbacks from the results of the learning & development activities at the organizational, team and individual levels.
5. Analyze & synthesize data from talent review sessions into meaningful conclusions that enhance fact-based talent decision-making; manage post-talent review processes that ensures proper follow through of actions determined at talent review sessions.

Requirements :

1. 4 – 6 years experience & exposures in learning & development and talent management; will also consider extremely strong generalist who has strong experience in the aforementioned aspects of talent management, superior project management skills, and experience in rolling-out and managing company-wide projects and initiatives.
2. Excellent communication skills: particularly in leading and facilitating meetings with key stakeholders; conducting and facilitating training programs; dealing with people at various levels in organization. Must have good writing skills.
3. Strong analytical skills; can analyze data and draw insights/inferences from the information/data gathered.
