BCA knows the ABCs of banking in Indonesia. BCA (officially Bank Central Asia) provides commercial and personal banking services through about 850 branches, more than 6,200 ATMs, and via phone, mobile device or the Web. Its lending activities include home loans and refinancing, apartment and car loans, and loans to corporations and small businesses. The bank also offers insurance, treasury, and international banking services. Through FarIndo Investments (Mauritius) Ltd., members of the Hartono family own more than 50% of the stock of BCA, which was placed under government control in 1998 following a rush on the bank. After restructuring, the government gradually sold off its controlling stake in the bank.

Bachelor (S1)/ Master (S2) degree graduated from reputable University
Minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 for Bachelor and minimum 3.25 out of 4.00 for Master
Maximum 25 years old for Bachelor and maximum 27 years old for Master
Having systematic communication skill
Having good analytical thinking
Highly motivated
Able to work in a team
Not married and not willing to marry during education process
Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
Willing to undergo the service bond after completed education
Drug-free
Passed in the selection test

Packaging Development Manager

Location : Cikarang Factory

Main Accountabilities:

• Deploy packaging designed by GDC’s and RDC which appeals to shopper and delights the consumer to achieve project key deliverables (cost, delivery time etc) including approving industrial tools. Liaise with Regional teams, Supply Chain, Supply Management in order to ensure easy implementation of global innovations.
• Deploy packaging systems which comply with the Unilever Code of Business Principles, and all SHE and QA policies, including the support of project claims, risk management and environmental awareness
• Ensure all development testing protocols are completed for all aspects of pack performance and ensure pack is tested against these. Share results with RDC BKK.
• Pass, receive and manage technical information relevant to all packages responsible for
• Manage specifications in interspec for all innovations and savings projects
• Work with regional and opco teams to manage artworks

Job Description
The incumbent will assist the Process Development Manager in innovation implementation and Supply Chain improvement activities.
This includes innovation on manufacturing methods, process, and plant/ equipment, for new formulations and to develop solutions for manufacturing issues. It also supports loss reduction or capacity increase activities led by Supply Chain.
The jobholder will be responsible to help managing the local Supply Chain support program in collaboration with other relevant parties to ensure implementation of global/regional innovation on local level.
