Assitant Manager Legal (code: LD)

* Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) legal with minimum 3 years experience in handing mall leasing agreement.


Senior Architect (code:SA)/Architect (Code:AR)/ Interior design (Code:ID)

* Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) Architecture / Interior desing with minimum experience of 10 years for SA 3 years for AR 5 years for ID. Preferable for candidate with exposure in designing comercial & hospital building (shopping center, hotel & restaurant)

Drafter (code:DR)

Collection Staff (code:CL)

Credit Analyst Officer

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Lowongan Kerja  Bank Commonwealth Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline from reputable university
At least 2 years experience in Retail and/or SME/Commercial Lending within a full service bank, preferably within a Risk Management role
A good understanding of the Bank of Indonesia Regulations and general law
relating to lending and securities
Sound financial analysis skills
Ability to command a PCAA commensurate with the role
Effective negotiation and dispute resolution skills with an ability to manage risk in a commercial environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Strong ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with business partners
PC literate, high integrity, Risk focus and attention to detail
Proficient in written and spoken English

Credit Risk Monitoring Officer

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Banking or Finance from reputable university
Male, age between 24-30 years old
Experience in Banking Industry as Credit Monitoring minimum 1 year
Experience in Financial services industry based on knowledge and/or experience/familiarity with bank products, systems and processes would be desirable
Experience in working a credit resolution area with knowledge of the realization process and related legislation
Sound financial analysis skill
Have attention to detail and accuracy
Good negotiation skill in order to maintaining relationship with business partner
Having knowledge of the Bank Indonesia regulations, Accounting regulations and Indonesia civil law relating to securities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
PC literate, high integrity, Risk focus and attention to detail
Proficient in written and spoken English

Retail or Commercial Credit Analyst Manager

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Having experience at least 4-5 years experience in Retail and/or SME or Commercial Lending within a full service bank
A good understanding of the Bank of Indonesia Regulations and general law relating to lending and securities
